The aim of Super Kitty Rocket is to bounce from creature to creature without touching the floot. You can use your rocket to help you glide through the air but you will run out of fuel after a limited amount of time in the air. The minute you let go of your rocket fuel it will charge up quite quickly. Try and get as far as you can. Good luck!
